Come prendere le misure?

Con un metro da sarto, prendi le misure da svestito. Fai il giro del torace (all’altezza del petto), poi misura la vita (sotto le costole) e, per finire, il bacino (i fianchi). Una volta che avrai preso tutte queste misure, annota i centimetri e confrontali con la relativa tabella in modo da determinare la tua taglia.
