How to take measurements?

With a tape measure, take the undressed measurements. Go around the chest (at chest level), then measure the waist (under the ribs) and, finally, the pelvis (hips). Once you have taken all these measurements, write down the centimeters and compare them with the relevant table to determine your size.

In the event that your measurements are located between two sizes, our advice, especially if you decide to opt for ADERENT fit products, is to always choose the largest size to ensure greater comfort.
